Conditions for returning and changing products

  2. Products must bereturned in perfect condition.  not used

  3. Products must bereturned in the same packaging.  toprevent damage from shipping

  4. Products must notbe washed before.

The company reserves the right not to exchange products. Ifthe product does not meet the conditions

   The company doesnot have a refund policy. And change the collection, change the color in anycase, if it is the company's mistake, for example, receiving the wrong product,there is a defect, the company will be responsible for the shipping cost forreplacing all products. for other cases The customer will be responsible forall expenses.

We use DHL Express for all international shipments. The average total transit time is 1-7 business days. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so an order may take longer to deliver.


The company delivers products via J&T and will deliver every Monday to Friday except national holidays. Orders placed before 12.00 pm will be delivered on the same day, and order placed after 12.00 pm will be delivered on the next day.
